I came across some of the collections shown at Paris week while taking a much needed break from my Editorial Styling homework. Researching trends, aesthetics and new inspirations for my next editorial photo shoot for class, I discovered the Kenzo Spring/Summer 2013 collection. (Designed by Carol Lim & Humberto Leon).

             

Looking at each and every one of the looks, I couldn’t help but love the strong and prominent mood of the collection. Of course influenced with a safari feel, the garments still obtain classic pieces like boxy jackets, tropical prints and accentuating waist lines.

I really am fond of this collection and definitely has become a favorite from the Paris Fashion Week bunch. Already excited for fall collection next spring.
